Nov. 4 - Nov.8

Dear Parents;

I would like to remind the parent that teacher Conferences will be on Friday November 22, 2019 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. There will be an early dismissal at 12:00 noon that day and the After School Program will  be closed at 6:00 PM. Also, November is the month of Gratitude for all the 
blessings that we have received. OLQM will be collecting cans for St. Patrick's Home Outreach Program.The cans along with turkeys purchased through dress down monies will be delivered to the home by the students of the 
Confirmation Class.

Monday November 5, 2019 Election Day - School will be open.

Wednesday November 6, 2019 - School Closed - Archdiocese of New York Conference Day for all staff of Catholic Schools.

Remember to take your child to the bathroom before entering the classroom.

Make sure to check your child's cubby for extra clothing.

Oct. 21st-Oct.25th, 2019

Dear Parents;


The New York City Department of Health will be here on Tuesday October 22nd to review records of students and staff in all PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. As a reminder to parents any immunization records not up to date may jeopardize your child's attendance until the records are brought up to date. 
Also I will like to remind the parents that breakfast is allowed in the classroom up to 7:50 a.m.  Class begins immediately at 8:00 a.m.  Pickup is at 3:15 p.m.  If the child is being picked up by an individual not already listed in the emergency card, parents must call the office with the name and the individual must present identification. No goody bags or popcorn on children's birthday parties due to allergies and it's a choking hazard.

Homework only the marked pages.

Gym will be is on Wednesdays.

Math: Counting forwards from 0-10 and backwards from 10 to 0; identify numbers 1 and 2; form numbers 1 and 2.

Science: investigate the external characteristics of a pumpkin; plant pumpkin seeds.

Dear Parents,


I will like to remind the parents that the children must dress-up for the  Spanish Heritage Presentation on Wednesday October 16th. Parents and other family members are invited.  The presentation will begin at 9:00 AM.

All health form must be in the office before October 11th.

Dress down on Fridays and bring a dollar.

Class Picture Day October 8th- full uniform.

Fire Prevention Week Oct 9th.
