4/30/18 to 5/4/18

Dear Parents,

Early dismissal on Monday, April 30th.  Picture Day is Thursday, May 3rd.  Please return picture money envelope to Mrs. Resto in tuition office. Please have children come dressed nicely to school - NO JEANS. Girls in a Spring dress. Boys dress pants, polo shirt or button down short-sleeved shirt.

All homework this week will be done through the children's notebooks.

We also need baby wipes and tissues.

Religion: Caring for God's World

Reading: Initial sounds for /q/, /r/, /s/

Math: Non-standard measurements using objects to measure other objects

Science: Life cycles of insects

Social Studies: Natural resources

4/2218 to 4/27/18

Dear Parents,

Full uniform tomorrow, April 23rd. This Tuesday, April 24th at 9:00 AM is Spring Musical. Children should come to school dressed nicely - no jeans or sneakers.

On Wednesday, April 25th is Secretary's Day. Please remember to thank Alba for all the work she does for you and your children. Report cards will be distributed on Thursday, April 26th.

Noon dismissal on Friday, April 27th. Parent-teacher conferences between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the classroom. 

No breakfast will be allowed in the classroom after 7:45 a.m.

Baby pictures are due tomorrow.

Dear Parents,

Parents should have received an online survey to complete this past Wednesday from the Archdiocese of New York regarding the upcoming school evaluation. If you did not receive the survey or need help completing it, please contact Mr. Guzman in the school office.
I will be coordinating the Summer Program again this year for students in PreK, Kindergarten and First grades. Information flyers were sent home. If you have questions please see Mrs. Resto in the tuition office by Friday, April 20th.

Reading: Listening and responding to stories read aloud, identifying key details, discussing pictures, making comparisons

Religion: Belong to a Special Family

Math: Subtraction

Science: Life cycle of a plant, using natural resources, comparing seeds, information that a seed carries on

Dear Parents,

I hope you and your family enjoyed your Easter holiday and break. Changes have been made to the academic calendar. Our Moving Up Ceremony will be on Wednesday, June 20th @ 10:00 AM.

I will be coordinating the Summer Program again this year. Informational flyers were sent home.
If you have questions, please see Mrs. Resto in the tuition office.

Please make sure your children have appropriate change of clothes this season in their cubbies.
