11/24/14 - 11/28/14

Dear Parents,

Below are this week's lesson plans.  Canned food will be collected until Wednesday. Children may still donate $1 Monday and Tuesday but still must wear uniform. We would like to thank Bailey's mom Mrs. Rosario for donating close to 100 cans of food.

Finally, Wednesday is a full day of school. There will be mass at 9:00am. Our class will have a party at lunchtime.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Fundora

Composing and Decomposing Shapes

We learned how to create more complex shapes out of simpler ones with paper and blocks. We also took a little time to use our imaginations and build things.

Halloween Party

Halloween is that time of year where we get to dress up and pretend to be someone else for a while day. We dressed up as everything from fairies to superheroes and had a great party! And of course, no Halloween party would be complete without candy and a costume contest!

Community Helpers

We got to dress up as our favorite community helpers: firefighters, nurses, mailmen, pilots, doctors, policemen, and others. We learned what these people do on a daily basis and how they help others in our community.
