2016-2017 Pre-K Program Supplies List

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Pre-K1.  Let's work together to make this a joyous experience for your child.  As previously indicated to you, below is a list of supplies needed for the program:

1. 3 plastic folders
2. 1 Pre-K notebook (sold at the OLQM school supply room)
3. 1 Coloring book
4. 1 pack of triangular crayons (sold at the OLQM school supply room)
5. Child baby picture
6. Family picture
7. A change of clothes
8. Baby wipes
9. Clorox wipes
10. A roll of paper towels
11. A can of Lysol spray
12. Box of tissues
13. 2 gluesticks
14. Hand sanitizer
15. 2 reams of printer/copy paper
16. 1 ream of construction paper

Please have everything labeled with your child's name.

Dear Parents,

As a reminder all tuition, fees, fund raising (chocolate bars) etc. must be paid in full by Monday, June 13th before you child may participate in moving up/graduation ceremonies. Please check with Alan and Mrs. Resto in the office.

Reminder, our End of the Year Ceremony is on Tuesday, June 14th, at 11:00 a.m. Children must wear a specific outfit.  Boys must wear khaki bermuda shorts and a solid colored polo shirt. Girls must wear a simple colorful cotton dress and sandals.  Children must be in the classroom by 10:15 a.m. that day.  Only four persons per child may attend.

Finally, thank you all so much for entrusting in and working with me and the aides this year in educating your children.  I hope you have a wonderful summer!

Dear Parents,

As indicated in the June 2016 calendar, every Friday school will be closed. Noon dismissal this Thursday, June 2nd.  

May Procession will take place on Tuesday, May 31st.

Finally, The uniform company will be here at OLQM on Tuesday June 7th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM to measure for uniforms. Forms may be obtained from Alba in the school office. 

Please bring in baby wipes.

Dear Parents,

A reminder that the PreK/Kindergarten summer program run by myself is still accepting applications. There are two programs - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Please register with Mrs. Resto as soon as possible. As of today there are 5 seats remaining for the program.

This Wednesday, May 11th, we are having a Spring Show at 9:00 a.m.  Parents are invited.  There is a bake sale this Friday, May 13th to raise money for a Lip Sync contest.

Please come and see me about your child's attire for their End of the Year Ceremony.

Finally, we need tissues and baby wipes.
