Dec. 14th - Dec. 18th, 2020

Dear Parents;

I will like to remind you and your family members that pickup is at 3:00 p.m.  If the child is being picked up by an individual not already listed in the emergency card, parents must call the office with the name and the individual must present identification. Also, on December 18th there will be an early dismissal at 2:00 PM. Christmas Recess will begin on Dec. 21st and we will resume on Jan. 4th.

On December 17th the children will be singing performing at Lessons and Carols. This will be recorded for the parents to view, I will give you more details when get more information .The girls must wear a red dress, boy must wear black pants and green sweater, turtle neck, or green shirt. And I'm  asking for $5 ,and a bag of chocolate candy for the party. Also, I would like to  wish your your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Reminders:

We need paper towel, and Lisol wipes, or Clorox wipes

Homework only the marked pages.

Dress Upon Thursday and Friday

Check your child's cubby for their extra clothing.

We are asking for $5 for the Christmas Party, and a bag of chocolate.

No uniform on Thursday or Friday 

Friday Dec. 22nd, there will an early dismissal @ 2:00 PM.

Recess will begin on Dec. 21st. and we will resume on Jan, 4th.

Religion: The Greatest Story; The Nativity

Reading: Same/different, comparing sizes, sequence of events, and identifying rhyming words

Math: Identify circle, square, triangle, rectangle , and their attribute.

Science: How animals move, and animal's home

 Dear Parents;

Also, I would like to remind parents that there will be an Early Dismissal on Monday Dec. 7th @ 12:00 PM.

Math: identify groups with one more , and one fewer.

Nov. 30th - Dec. 4th, 2020

 Dear Parents;

I hope you and your family had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. We hope to see you back on Monday, and please follow the Heath Dept. guideline.


I will like to remind you and your family members that pickup is at 3:00 p.m.  If the child is being picked up by an individual not already listed in the emergency card, parents must call the office with the name and the individual must present identification. 

Reminders:

Dress down on Fridays and bring a dollar.

Check your child's cubby for their extra clothing.

We need baby wipes, paper towel, and Clorox wipes.

Homework only the marked pages.

Read to your child every day and ask: Who are the characters: What was the problem? How was the problem solved? What would you have done differently? What did you learned from the story?


Lessons of the Week:

Religion: Advent; God's Creation

Reading: Writing G g, rhyming games; listen and respond to the read aloud "The elves and the Shoemaker"; understand parts of a whole; understand picture details; identify picture details; recognize word boundaries.

Math: Identify numbers 1-10; identify groups of 9 - 10 objects; make groups of 9 - 10 objects.

Science: Weather; seasons

Story Time: Hibernation Station; The Elves and the Shoemaker.

Nov. 20 - Nov. 26, 2020

 Dear Parents,


As we celebrate the month of Gratitude for all the blessings that we have received, I would like to wish you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving Day.

Also, I would like to remind you that we will have an early dismissal on Wednesday Nov. 22nd. The children will be dismiss at 2:00 PM.


Dress-up for  Thanksgiving  party on Wednesday.

We are asking the parents for $5 for the Thanksgiving party.

Make sure to check with me about your  child extra clothing.

Updated Immunizations are up to date.

School closed on Thanksgiving Day, and on Friday Nov. 27th.

Nov. 16th - Nov. 20th, 2020

I would like to remind the parent that on Nov. 18th there will be a Micky Mouse Dress Up. A winner will be selected in each class. 

Also, please check to see if your child has extra clothe in your child's cubby that is appropriate for the weather. Some of the children do not have extra clothing that is appropriate for the fall.

Reminders:

  • Mickey Mouse Dress Up Day Contest on  Nov. 18   
  • Dress Down on Fridays, please bring a dollar.
  • Have your child work on the skills we discussed on Parent Teacher Conference.
  • Immunization must be to date.

Nov. 9th - Nov. 13, 2020

Dear Parents,

I would like to remind the parent that teacher Conferences will be on Friday November 13, 2020 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM via Zoom. There will be an early dismissal at 12:00 noon. Check Smart Tuition balance before Zoom Meeting. Please, email me to let me know what is the best time for you.

Also, please check to see if your child has extra clothe in your child's cubby that is appropriate for the weather. Some of the children do not have extra clothing that is appropriate for the fall.

Nov. 2nd-Nov. 6th, 2020

 Dear Parents;


I would like to remind the parent that teacher Zoom Conference will be on Nov. 13, 2020 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. There will be an early dismissal at 12:00 noon that day. I will be calling to schedule your Zoom time.

Also, we will be sending a new Health & Safety Checklist. Please return the form by Tuesday morning.

Reminders:
  • Tuesday November 2nd, 2019 Election Day - School will be open.
